SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia):

• We offer standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
• We offer a $7 flat rate shipping cost on all orders.
• Orders over $70 receive for free standard shipping.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
• We use Australia Post as our primary shipping carrier.
• Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information for your order.

International Shipping:

• Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Shipping Delays:

• While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, occasional shipping delays may arise due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather or carrier-related issues.
• If we become aware of any delays, we will promptly notify you to keep you informed of the status of your order.

Dispatch & Delivery

We make every effort to ship all orders within 3-4 business days of receiving your order. On the rare occasion your product is out of stock it could take 10-14 business days days for your item to be dispatched. You will be notified by email with an estimated time of departure for back order items.
